Installed in an apt in the UK. Never seen a light like this before. Expected a lightbulb.
That looks like the light fixtures we just took off. Integrated LED with no bulbs.
Generally you just replace the entire fixture
Judging from the scorch marks on the top left of the top board and the right board, you’re gonna have to get that whole fitting replaced.

Seems likely yeah. When we pull this off, those wires… Do they lead to a plug? Or will they dangle free and the next fixture plug into them do you know? Or is it a “it depends”?
@Niko
More than likely it depends. That fitting looks to be hard wired with the exception of the connector the live and neutral go into. I’m in America so for me neutral is white and hot is black. But if I am not mistaken, please correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t the live connection for you guys brown and the blue the neutral wire? It seems all you would have to do is either find a fitting that isn’t integrated, or just replace it with another integrated fitting, shouldn’t be too hard to replace, oh, and I almost forgot. Each fitting is made differently depending on the manufacturer.
