I’m looking for dimmable, flush-mount, recessed puck lights similar to this style. Unfortunately, there’s no identification on the ones I have. I’d prefer something brighter and larger since they’ll be mounted above a working counter and sink. Any recommendations?
I installed these and they turned out great!
@Dane
These will give way more light than typical puck lights! Definitely a great choice.
@Dane
Those look awesome! Having multiple power options is such a surprising bonus feature. Thanks for the suggestion =)

Install is super straightforward too. The hardest part was drilling a 2-inch hole.
There’s usually a box the lamp connects to inside the hole, and it might have more details. If you can pull the box out, you might find something useful—but honestly, many of these are generic brands that come and go quickly. Since these LED flush mounts are common in most big-box stores, you can probably just match size and color warmth. For reference, I’ve installed 4-inch, 2700K warm lights in my basement, and they’re perfect—not too bright to live with. Replacing just the lamps while keeping the box might work, but you’d likely need the whole set anyway.
@Peyton
Thanks for the info! I couldn’t find the box on the shelves, but maybe it’s higher up or hidden in the fireplace wall . Since it’s a new install in another spot, I’m open to something better. Haven’t seen smart or color-changing options yet.
@Quin
Let me grab a picture for you. The box should be connected to the lamp’s wire and shouldn’t be farther than 8 inches away.

Checked all four lights, and it looks like they installed the boxes in a central, hidden location. #superhandy lol
@Quin
That’s odd. If the box is centralized, it should still be accessible. Maybe it’s designed to power brighter lights? If it’s a larger box, you might be able to upgrade to bigger, stronger lamps. Where’s the light switch? Could the box be near there?
GE Cync has some puck lights that look just like what you’re describing. Check these out:
