One of them isn’t seated correctly in this picture.
I think the ballast was failing and it just seemed like the tubes were going bad. Don’t leave them on this way or you’ll destroy the new tubes. Unless you’re a DIY person and can replace the ballast yourself, it’ll probably be cheaper to replace the whole fixture.
Bad ballast or bad switch would be the most common problems.

Yes, I’m sure. The tube ends glowing simply means there is enough power to prime the tubes, but not enough to actually ignite. This is usually a ballast issue, but can also be caused by a faulty switch or loose connection.
Did they all 4 suddenly stop working?
More context, I had some that stopped working recently so I assumed they were bad. Looking back it is odd that all 4 tubes go bad at the same time… I switched them from fluorescent to LED tubes as well
@Quin
The tubes in your pic look like fluros. The LED tubes of my experience come with their own dummy starters. You can not mix and match them - fluros tubes need fluros starters, LED tubes need LED starters.
Did you put the LED tubes and starters in and then swap the fluro tubes back but not their starters?
@Miller
I didn’t do jack shit except buy the tube and put it in
LED tubes need LED starters.
there are many plug and play LED tubes that don’t need any other work at all. Just swap the tubes and turn it on.
is it cold there?
Either the ballast went bad or there’s a bad ground
Did you try the switch yet?
