@BobBilby12345 that’s an Altair unit! I JUST ordered a replacement LED chip for that EXACT same unit on my house literally 2 days ago. Small world.
Good company. Based in California. Contact Altair customer service and they’ll get you squared away. I think my replacement set was about $17 with shipping, but if you’ve got a receipt they might warranty the part (I bought my house and the light was already here).
This is who took care of me:

Now if the chipset is good but it’s flickering, it could be that the driver in the housing went out. I think Espen makes the drivers on those (also in California). Altair could probably hook you up with the driver part, or you can contact Paul Moore at EspenTech.com
The chip is REALLY easy to swap out. Literally unplugs from the driver unit, unscrew the 4 little screws and you’re good to go.
Good luck!
@Vale
Very helpful! We purchased the house and they were already installed. This one is flickering so I will reach out to them for help.
Thank you! Hopefully I don’t have to replace the whole unit.

You’re welcome! How bizarre. I joined this sub looking for a few indirect lighting ideas for a basement room project last week. Never imagined someone would post the same light I’ve been working on for the porch. Ha.
Hey FWIW that LED chip looks in WAY better shape than mine. It might be just fine. My money is on your driver unit going bad if it’s flickering. Again, should be easy to order that from Altair or also the guys at Espen told me this is the driver unit in my lamp: Espen LED Driver, VEL12035120H-3-CA Constant Current, 350mA, Max. 12W, 120V Input, High Power Factor with Quick Connector. (Same as VEL12035120H-3) - Amazon.com

Finally a company that actually services their units!
Change the whole fixture. Really all you are meant to do.

If you can solder you can find a similar premade board online. Meter the voltage to get the right one.
You can’t change the bulb/ lamp.
It’s LED and built into the fixture.
You have to replace the entire light fixture.

Take it off the wall and put it in the trash. Buy a new one you like to replace it.

You sure you don’t want the old useless one?

I don’t but I’m sure a local tweaker will take it off your hands!
This is why I have been telling people for a decade NEVER BUY NON-REMOVABLE BULB FIXTURES!!! Such a scam. The only way is to replace or find a similar chip and splice wires so silly!!! Planned obsolescence is a CRIME AGAINST THE PEOPLE!
@Sage
Straight to the landfill this goes!
@Sage
I completely agree and wish we could get this PSA’d at the top of this sub.

Thanks sir, a must-see most people never see is the light bulb conspiracy documentary I’m betting you saw it already
@Sage
How did we come to this?
I wonder why in the incandescent or fluorescent world no one thought about this.
Why now?
