How do you remove these glass covers? My hands are too large to change the bulbs, and the glass seems to have a lip all the way around with no screw holes. How do you take it off?
The glass is likely held in place by a lockring that is blocked by the bulb itself. To remove the bulb without removing the glass, you may need a suction tool or something similar.

Sounds like a bad design. I’ll look for a tool and might consider replacing the whole fixture at some point. Thanks!

Are there specific suction tools for this? Also, could it be the wrong type of bulb installed in the fixture? What is the bulb base?

Yes, there are bulb removal tools like this one. They’re handy for these types of fixtures.
Wow, I had no idea such tools existed. Thanks for sharing!
If I tell you, I’ll probably get downvoted, so I’ll just say ‘good luck’!

The glass doesn’t have any threads, so that can’t be it.
There might be a screw on the top holding it in place.

I checked, but the top is a solid metal casing with no screws visible.
Try pulling it.
