Is Litfad a Scam or Legit? Let’s Discuss

Looking for good lighting but worried about Litfad being a scam. Does anyone know a similar site with legit products?

I’ve dealt with this too. Go to your bank if you’ve been scammed. They can help, especially if you paid with a credit card. Litfad should be banned from operating where consumer protections exist.

That’s strange. I’m in Australia, and I ordered a lamp I really like from them. No issues so far!

@Ziv
You got lucky this time! Trust me, it might not go well with your next order.

@Ziv
I also had a good experience. Ordered a rotating shoe cabinet, and it’s sturdy and looks great. Took a while to arrive, though.

Good to hear. Did it come with proper instructions, or was assembly tricky?

Did you manage to get your money back through your bank?

Yes, I got a refund from my bank after filing a claim.

@Jordan
I ordered chairs for $200 each. They’re poorly made, and now Litfad is only offering a 5% discount for a return. How did you convince your bank to refund you?

It’s all about showing the evidence. Document everything and push for a chargeback if the product doesn’t match the description.

Litfad products are awful! Ordered a rug that looked beautiful online, but it was flimsy, lightweight, and nothing like the photos. When I tried to return it, they offered me tiny refunds instead of accepting the product back. Avoid them!

@Brooke
Thank you for sharing! I was considering buying from them, but now I won’t risk it.

@Brooke
I had a terrible experience as well. They refused to cancel my order even though it was still ‘in processing.’ Stay away!

My order took 10 weeks to arrive, and there was zero communication during that time. Good luck dealing with them.

I ordered furniture from them, and the quality was terrible. It wasn’t even close to the pictures on their website. No labels, no instructions, and terrible customer service.

Thanks for confirming my suspicion! I was about to buy a cabinet but will look elsewhere now.

@Avery
Good decision. I ordered a table, and it was made of cheap materials. They refused a return and only offered a small refund.

@Avery
I had a similar issue with a bookcase. It wasn’t solid wood as advertised, and their instructions were incomprehensible.

I found some cool chairs on their site but got suspicious due to the huge discounts, long shipping times, and lack of reviews. Glad I didn’t buy from them.

If you still want those chairs, take a screenshot and use Google Lens to find similar items from legit sellers.
