Hey folks, I’m in the middle of remodeling my kitchen and I’m on the hunt for some recessed lighting. I want to step up from the basic builder-grade stuff. I checked out the Visual Comfort Entra CL3, but the price is a bit steep and the reviews are kinda mixed.
Most of the lights will be new installs, but there might be some areas where we’re not touching the ceiling. I’d love something with a nice ‘warm dim’ feature.
I feel you on the Visual Comfort price tag. Have you looked into the Halo LED Recessed Lights? They’re a solid choice, and they have that warm dim feature you’re after. Plus, they’re not as pricey.
Check out the Juno Slim LED Recessed Lights. They’re well-reviewed and offer good dimming options. They’re also pretty versatile for both new installs and remodels.
Honestly, I had the same dilemma and went with the Lithonia Lighting WF6. They’re affordable, have great dimming options, and the color temperature is pretty warm. They’ve worked out well for me.
I recommend the Sylvania Ultra LED Recessed Lights. They have a warm dim feature and are quite reliable. They also don’t break the bank compared to other high-end brands.
If you’re willing to stretch the budget a bit, the Philips Hue Downlights are fantastic. They offer customizable dimming and a warm glow. Great for setting the mood and they integrate well with smart home systems.
