That is a broken bulb. You need to remove the rest of the bulb from the socket.

It is a Cree brand LED light bulb. I don’t like them.

Replace with a normal 2700K warm white LED at 800 lm. I think nowadays 800 lm is rated as a 60W equivalent?
I was selling these things in 2014 like a madman. That thing had a great run! You can replace it with any 2700K LED A19 that’s a 60W equivalent.
