I recently got a great deal from a supplier in France. They were clearing out their old inventory, and the prices were awesome! Let me know if you want their contact info.
If you’re near the Netherlands, I know a shop that’s got a bunch of old T5 tubes. They might be willing to sell them cheap to get rid of them!
