Patience might pay off. This project was expensive—over $40k in California. Belgard products aren’t cheap, but they’re worth it for a high-end finish.

These lights aren’t too bright for neighbors. My neighbors have super bright floodlights that light up my whole house, and they never turn them off. It’s frustrating!
